Herman Williams III

"Knowing how to communicate an idea, how to translate it so that everyone in a room gets the message is about the most difficult thing one can do. It can be done. I've done it many times. The key to my success has been my sense of communication and ability to relate to people. "

A veteran of the television industry, Herman Williams is an accomplished executive producer, director, and writer.

As one of the original producers for The Montel Williams Show, he displayed extraordinary insight in producing shows that consistently rated above the national average. Many of the shows Herman produced, set the standard for the daytime market, combining edgy story-lines, with high production elements designed to keep the viewer tuned in.

Herman was selected to produce and Co-host MCA Universal's late-night show, "Last Call". He was also asked to step in as the Executive producer for the Charles Perez Show, where he immediately improved the show's sagging ratings, as well as innovated the use of scripted, in-show promotions for future episodes, which he also wrote and directed.

Over the years Herman has used his considerable experience, and connections as an 'insider' to develop shows for Disney, MCA Universal's "Late-night With Laurie Pike", Tribune Entertainment's "The Wendy Williams Show", and Comedy Central's, "Comics On Delivery".

He is currently working on a major documentary to be filmed in the mean streets of Baltimore on gang violence.
Herman is responsible for developing clientele that have a discriminating understanding of quality, innovation, and the visually luxuriant style of video presentations indicative of New York.
